FA-4 The automatic copying , shaping-sanding machine is designed for producing chair, bed, sofa, chair back, furniture etc. With coping and shaping parts. It can easily work for line and special copying shaping function. And allow perfect exeution of round end profile. The cutterhead is equipped with bushing bearing, to let it go easily and smoothly. The machine is full lubrication to lubricate itself to maintain its life. Double stoppers avoid the wood-scrap. The air pressure of air cylinder is at 2-3 kg/cm2.
The cutterhead is adjustable for every kind angle of style of proceeding product. Not only in vertical also in slant. The maximum speed of working tables can be at 12M/min, and can reduce the vibration of the stroke.
The automatic copying chock can work along with the shape of working unit easily, tightly and efficienty. The vertical range can up to 90 more. The designed power is enough to drove the spindle to work efficiency. The control system is under PLC. Each spindle is independent system. It depends on the choice on the PLC panel.
Sanding system avsilsble in slow or high speed to make the work unit in shining smooth. Sanding belt is earily to change. The automatic copying sanding machine can be in automatic feeding system(option) or manual ones. Automatic feeding system is available for feeding and baking under hydraulic system.
