1. FEED ROLLER PRESSURE REGULATION VALVE

2. REDUCE DISTANCE ROLLER
It guarantce transport of short workpiece. The workpiece can be hold firmly against the fence to avoid the workpiece jumping that may effect the quality of product. This device is movable for convenient toll replacement of vertical spindle. |
3. FEEDING SYSTEM
This machine use warm gear reducer and universal joint shaft to feed the workpiece through smoothly. |

4. VARIABLE SPEED ADJUST DEVICE
Feed speed via inverter provide positive feed. This machine can adjust the feeding speed according to the actual need. The speed range is 6-36M/min. (Mouldtec type is 6-30M/min) |

All of the machine controls are centralized in a control panel. Each push button is clearly identified for easy to operate. |
