INTERCHANGEABLE SPINDLES:
Choice of 3 spindle diameters (3/4", 1", 1-1/4") or choice of metric sizes- 19mm, 25.4mm, 30mm. Spindle has MK5 taper to ensure precision fitting and allow quick changeover.
QUICK CHANGE SPINDLE SPEEDS:
The spindle is driven by a four-speed dynamically balanced pulley for spindle speeds of 3000, 4500, 7500 and 10000 RPM. Change of speed is quick and easily accomplished by simply loosening a lock lever, and shifting the belt to the required speed setting.
REVERSIBLE SPINDLE ROTATION :
The spindle is reversible to ensure safe rotation in clockwise or counter-clockwise direction as well as providing the ability to climb cut glued panels.
SPINDLE RAISING:
The spindle is raised or lowered by a graduated handwheel, providing 1mm elevation per full revolution. Quick clamp lever positively holds spindle at a set height.
TABLE INSERTS:
The spindle is fitted with 2 insert rings (6-3/8" & 8-5/8") permitting for use of a wide variety of shaper cutters and spindle speeds.
FENCE:
The fence assembly is attached with a 5" diameter outlet dust hood. The fence halves can be precision adjusted by micrometric adjustment knob with 0.008" graduation.
TABLE:
The massive table is made from high quality cast iron (FC-25 grade) and undercast ribbing is engineered for maximum strength and long term table stability. Table surface is precision ground and polished.
ROUTING OPERATION:
The MK5 taper on the spindle accepts a router collet system, providing maximum flexibility all in one shaping and routing machine.

TILTING SPINDLE
The tilting spindle provides angle cutting from -5°~ 90° ~+45°. Spindle tilting handwheel is located at front within easy reach. A tilt scale is attached for accurate angle setting. |
SLIDING TABLE (MODELS LS-525MS, LS-525TS,LS-625MS AND LS-625TS ONLY)
Sliding table model is an integrated system providing maximum accuracy and effortless cutting effects. Sliding table is integrated with (6) NSK #6004 accentric roller bearings with accuracy to 0.002". Tenoning attachment is included as standard feature. |
QUICK CHANGE SPINDLE SPEEDS
V-belt is quickly released for speed change by simply loosening one lock lever, and shifting the belt to required position. |
FENCE
